He drove this car 43,000 miles during that time and has the distinction of being a feature car in the 1964 Warner Bros. movie, “Dead Ringer’.
The car became available in 1990 after the passing of Jack Warner’s wife, Ann Page Alvarado Warner. Vantage Motorworks purchased the car from the Warner estate sale in 1990 and shortly after performed a complete restoration. The Blackhawk Collection purchased the beautiful example in 2002 and was immediately put on display at the Blackhawk Museum. In 2008, this 3-owner original California car was freshened up by world renowned restorer, Fennel Restorations in Saugus, California.
This car has the luxury of getting many custom features that Mr. Warner ordered exclusively which included air conditioning (front & rear), power steering, power antenna, unique rear defroster and unique rear passenger trays with a vanity mirror.
