 This 1955 late-production Minter Thunderbird convertible has had a professional frame-off restoration . It is powered by a rebuilt 292ci V8 engine topped by a 4-barrel carburetor. Power is handled by a Ford-O-Matic 3-speed automatic transmission. A 12-volt electrical system has been installed. Loaded with power accessories that include Masterguide power steering, 4-way power seat, power windows and an accessory backup light system. This Thunderbird was built on June 14, 1955. It has been owned in Arizona and at Minter’s Thunderbirds of Dallas, TX. The exterior is finished in Aqua Blue with an Aqua Blue and white interior. This vehicle includes both an Aqua Blue hardtop and white replacement convertible top. It rides on Thunderbird wire wheels and it has 60 miles since the restoration was completed.
